  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning and control procedures, and report variances.
  • Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
  • Coordinate and ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
  • Supervise and manage accounting department staff, including accountants and financial assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
    • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to direct and supervise.
