Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Financial Recovery Specialist
to assist hospital patients with their accounts and payment
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist patients with
their account inquiries
Set up payment arrangements and process credit card payments for
unpaid balances
Research insurance information and maintain accurate account notes
in relevant systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center
environment
Experience with the medical billing process is preferred
Proficient PC knowledge and ability to type 30-40 wpm
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
