Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to support its
corporate accounting and finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the fixed asset acquisition and disposal process,
including monthly transfers and depreciation
Oversee tax compliance related to sales and use, personal property,
and business license renewals
Assist with bank account reconciliations and support various
requests from management
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent required
At least one (1) year of accounting or administrative
experience
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite,
including Excel
Strong organizational skills and accuracy
High-speed home Internet connection
