Established, international company Lots of career growth opportunities Competitive compensation Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our company by managing our financial procedures. Your duties will include planning budgets, participating in audits, monitoring transactions, and preparing invoices. Your deep knowledge of accounting principles will help our company maintain financial health and make swift decisions to drive growth. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. 2. Manage and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership. 3. Maintain and oversee all financial procedures within the company. 4. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions. 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in regards to net revenue losses, operational expenses, earnings, etc. 6. Work closely with the executive team and report on financial performance, cost reductions, and budgeting. 7. Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership. 8. Support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data. 9. Implement strategies to reduce company's financial risk. 10. Collaborate with auditing services to ensure the proper compliance with all regulations. 11. Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred. 3. Five or more years of proven experience in managerial accounting and financial management. 4. Experience in the manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of percentage of completion, cost accounting. 5. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 6. High proficiency in financial management software; knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP system would be advantageous. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 9. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 10. Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding company operations and business practices. 11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 12.
