(Tang Capital) is a life sciences-focused investment firm with
offices in San Diego and New York. Position Summary The Associate
Director, Operations will join the operations team in direct
support of Tang Capital’s senior executives and portfolio
companies. The Associate Director, Operations will work on a range
of projects from industry and company research to data compilation
and analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct ad hoc
research across multiple industries, including but not limited to
life sciences Perform financial and operational analyses to
evaluate new and existing investment opportunities Support Tang
Capital portfolio companies in strategic initiatives and
operational improvements Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
required Minimum of 5 years of experience working at a Big 4
accounting firm or top-tier financial firm required Minimum 3.5 GPA
required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power
Point) required Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a
deadline-driven environment Willing to work long hours, including
nights and weekends, when necessary for time-sensitive matters The

without notice. The estimated annual base salary for this position
is $160,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and other
