A company is looking for a Director of Secondary Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the lock desk team to foster a high-performance
culture
Oversee daily operations of the lock desk, including rate lock
requests and compliance
Develop automation strategies and provide training to team members
on best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field;
advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in secondary marketing, with at least 5
years in a lock desk or pricing role
Proven leadership and management experience in building
high-performing teams
Strong understanding of mortgage pricing and secondary market
operations
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and investor
guidelines
