Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional
Marketing (East).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers to implement marketing
strategies and build connections with thought leaders
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support brand
objectives and develop regional business plans
Oversee execution of medical marketing activities, including
peer-to-peer programs and regional conference planning
Required Qualifications
BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific or
related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's
degree with 8+ years of experience
Experience in leading a team and managing direct reports
Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in
pharmaceutical promotions
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships within the
pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated strategic thinking and initiative in product
positioning and messaging
