Job Description:
United Site Services, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated
Manager Field Ops to lead our field operations and site management
team efficiently. As a pivotal leader in the national leader of
portable sanitation and site services, this role focuses on
overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of portable
toilets, restroom trailers, and temporary fencing, providing
top-tier service to diverse clients across the U.S. This position
requires a blend of leadership, operational acumen, and a strong
commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Direct and
coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and service operations of
site equipment and facilities. Lead, train, and manage a team of
field operation supervisors and staff to achieve operational
excellence and optimum service delivery. Ensure compliance with
health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage inventory
levels and procurement of supplies and equipment. Liaise with
clients and internal teams to ensure fulfillment of project
requirements and resolve issues swiftly. Develop and implement
strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and
improve service quality. Prepare operational reports and analyses
for senior management. Oversee scheduling and logistics of field
personnel and equipment. Strong leadership and people management
skills Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills
Proven ability to manage large scale operations and logistics Solid
understanding of compliance and safety regulations Effective
communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in using
operational and scheduling software Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Manager of
Maintenance (CMM) is preferred OSHA Safety Certification is
beneficial
