Responsibilities
Analyze and audit workflows to identify automation and optimization
opportunities
Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools to enhance
operations
Design and maintain intelligent workflows using automation
platforms and custom code
Requirements
2+ years in workflow automation, systems engineering, or business
process roles focused on AI tools
Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms (e.g., OpenAI,
Zapier, UiPath)
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
Strong understanding of business process modeling and system
architecture
Experience with CRM, ERP systems, and project management
platforms
