Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to shape the
technical direction of their program and support team
development.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate contractual delivery requirements and manage program
scope, schedule, and costs
Provide coaching and development to engineering team members and
create a culture of learning
Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and
participate in hiring and performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, or a related
technical discipline, with 9+ years of experience (or 16 years of
relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and its supporting
services
Advanced experience with CI/CD practices, particularly GitHub
Actions
Experience with Kubernetes and shell scripting (e.g., Bash,
POSIX)
2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical
environment
