We are currently seeking a highly skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, using your skills to produce high-quality parts and components that meet our rigorous standards. Responsibilities: Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate machining. Using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect and verify the dimensions of parts. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and equipment. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Performing routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve production goals. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Mill Machinist in the manufacturing industry. Proficient in Industrial Machining, CNC Machining, and the use of precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
