Job Description:

a CNC Machine Operator in Gardena, CA . As a CNC Machine Operator,
you will: Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes to manufacture
precision aerospace components Load raw materials, select tooling,
and input programs into CNC machines Monitor equipment during
operations to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts
using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of
machines Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and
blueprints or work orders This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire
opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or
GED required; vocational training or certification a plus 1?2 years
of experience operating CNC machinery (milling or lathe) Ability to
read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity
with G-code and CNC programming basics Knowledge of standard
machine shop tools and measuring equipment Strong attention to
detail and commitment to safety Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment and stand for extended periods Schedule: Monday ?
Friday, 1st Shift (6:00AM ? 2:30PM) with overtime available Pay
Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful
candidate will be based on several factors, including the
candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job
