This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. -Key Responsibilities: • Program CNC machines using Mastercam • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Select appropriate tooling and perform accurate machine setups • Maintain quality control and meet tight tolerances • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
