Salary: $75k - $150k DOE Requirements: 5 years of proven experience
in a Manufacturing Environment with CNC Programming, CNC Machining,
Design, Solidwords, Mastercam Position Overview We are seeking an
Experienced CNC Programmer-Manufacturing Engineer with strong
SolidWorks and MasterCAM skills to join our dynamic team. This is a
full-time, on-site role in our facility. The ideal candidate will
have hands-on experience in CNC machining, CNC programming, Design
and a passion for precision engineering . If you're an experienced
Machinist that can take a part from Solidworks through Programming
and Production, then we want to talk to you! Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure program
feasibility and efficiency. Utilize MasterCAM and other CAD/CAM
software to design and create machining instructions. Read and
interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project
specifications. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that
manufactured components meet the required tolerances and
specifications. Provide support during machine operation and
troubleshooting as necessary. Maintain documentation of programming
changes and updates for continuous improvement. Qualifications High
school diploma or equivalent (Preferred: Engineering degree or
technical certification). 5 years in machining or CNC programming.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, MasterCAM, Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes, tooling, and quality control. Ability to
read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Benefits
