We currently have an opportunity for an exceptional senior B2B Marketer to join our team as Director, Integrated Marketing for our Credibility Business Unit. The role requires a highly collaborative, business-savvy professional who has solid experience in developing strategic marketing plans that drive positive results. Location of role: Malibu, CA or Austin, TX.

We are looking for a proven track record in the following areas:

Industry Leadership: 5+ years developing successful marketing strategies in the SMB space; experience with credit and risk a strong differentiator. Strong understanding of customer personas & buying behavior, industry challenges and competitive landscape.

Marketing Leadership: Proven experience leading a team to develop, own and drive an integrated marketing plan that differentiates Dun & Bradstreet as the leader in the industry category. Experience working cross-functionally to understand business challenges/opportunities, quickly pivoting to implement new recommendations based on best practices and prior results. A strong understanding of direct marketing strategies is critical, including deep experience with direct mail tactics. Other areas of experience include demand generation, product marketing, communications, content marketing, messaging, digital marketing and analytics.

Strong partnership with Sales & Business Unit teams: You will build strong relationships with the BU, Sales, Product, Technology and other teams on behalf of Marketing, gaining a strong understanding of the needs of each team and how to best solve for those needs with existing budget and resources. You will also partner with the functional teams within Marketing, including demand generation, content marketing, digital and analytics to ensure the needs of the BU are being met and continue to evolve as necessary.


  • Define high-level business requirements and milestones
  • Aid in the evolution of current marketing strategy and tactical plans to modernize how we go-to-market, delivering messaging, campaigns and tactics more closely aligned to how SMB buyers want to engage with a credit and risk provider
  • Ensure tightly integrated experiences to deliver a consistent customer experience across all Marketing & Communications touch-points
  • Delivery of quarterly lead generation and pipeline generation targets, adjusting budget allocations and plans in-quarter and as necessary
  • Management of 1 direct report responsible for Product Marketing, including product launches, sales enablement, customer surveys and other research.
  • Partner closely with Marketing & Communications peers to positively shift perceptions in the marketplace
  • Ability to be a strong thought leader in the Credit and Risk space, understanding the industry challenges and opportunities and who can evangelize the value of Dun & Bradstreet and our solutions
  • Management of BU Marketing budget, developing allocations for each function based on overall integrated strategy; ensuring each functional team is aware of the budget allocation; and provide regular updates to Finance and leadership as necessary
  • Able to help lead interactions with senior executives to secure resources and support for initiatives on regular basis; earn their trust through expertise and relevance


    • 7+ years in B2B Marketing in increasingly senior roles, with at least 2 years of people management
    • 5+ years of experience working in the SMB space, with experience in credit and risk a plus
    • Proven ability to create, communicate and motivate strategic "buy-in" for your programs and concepts
    • Knowledge of buying patterns with SMB customers
    • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative solutions
    • Experience crafting compelling positioning and messaging
    • Superior track record of collaboration and being a trusted advisor to the Business Unit & Sales
    • Ability to work well in a matrixed environment
    • Strong communication and writing skills. Stellar public speaking skills
    • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage competing projects with tight deadlines
    • High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative
    • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
    • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
