We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Clinical Operations to support our team in our Malibu, CA location.Description:The primary role of the Director of Clinical Operations is to ensure all day-to-day operations are running smoothly between all center locations.The Director of Clinical Operations will also oversee and manage the office manager, clinical, and administrative team members as well as support clients access to services.The Director of Clinical Operations will provide new provider onboarding and on-the-ground support for all providers as questions and concerns arise. This work will be in concert with the Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations-West (RVP-West).In addition, the Regional Vice President of the West will provide leadership and guidance for overall organizational goals and performance metrics.Requirements:Work with RVP-West and site directors for policy identification, implementation, and training to the new policy.Support providers with onboarding, training, EHR training, questions regarding insurance, and set up with access to regular organization-wide peer meetings.Work with RVP-West regarding site-specific metrics and operational opportunities for continuous improvement, barrier removal, and solution finding.Manage clinical, administrative, and teams to support the California business.Communicate effectively (both orally and written) with leadership, clinicians, and administrative team members where and when appropriate.Support directors and managers with front and back-office operations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with directors and managers around operational processes to ensure best practice guidelines are met throughout the network.Oversee and supervise psychologist postdoctoral candidates (when applicable).Participate in the hiring and training process for intake and relevant clinical hires when needed and/or provide direct feedback to site leads, managers and directors for coordination of onboarding and training when needed.Beneficial Skills & Experience:Doctoral Degree in clinical psychology and associated clinical license to practice in the State of California.
