Job Description:
A company is looking for a Major/Critical Incident Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Major Incident Management and oversee P1/P2 tickets
Coordinate technical teams and client Major Incident managers to
resolve issues
Document incidents, track issues to closure, and communicate
updates to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in incident management
ITIL certification is preferred
Ability to articulate issues and understand business impact
Experience in managing technical bridges during incidents
Availability to function as a Major Incident manager during
weekends or off-hours
