Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager
responsible for enhancing customer relationships and ensuring
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to
understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Drive ongoing customer engagement through proactive outreach and
support tools
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing
inquiries and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of relevant sales, account management, or support
experience in a SaaS environment
Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of the construction industry or willingness to
learn
Technical skills and ability to learn SaaS products
