Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Community Connection and
Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and survey needs of people with diabetes
Manage peer to peer activities and develop support programs
Evaluate community needs and coordinate resources for
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum of master's degree or equivalent experience in a related
field
At least five years of community health promotion experience
Specific knowledge of diabetes and peer to peer support
Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships
Successful track record in volunteer recruitment and program
delivery
