Community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage low-touch programs for smaller users and
self-serve customers
Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for assigned
projects, ensuring clear understanding of goals and timelines
Monitor and analyze program metrics to assess effectiveness and
report results to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
A minimum of X years of experience in program management or similar
roles within marketing or technology organizations
Exceptional organizational capabilities to manage multiple programs
and timelines concurrently
Strong ability to influence and lead without direct authority
Proficient in tracking and analyzing metrics to evaluate program
effectiveness
Familiarity with growth-focused and community-driven marketing
methodologies
