Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager Service II.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring
adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Communicate with customers to review project scope, create
estimates, and manage project documentation
Manage subcontractors and vendors for compliance with quality,
safety, and timeliness requirements
Required Qualifications
2-year degree or 2 years of equivalent training
6-8 years of related industry/construction experience
2-4 years of supervisory experience
PMP certification acquired or in process is preferred
Advanced proficiency in CAD drawings, Gantt charts, MS Project,
Excel, and Visio
