A company is looking for a Senior Director of DOD Capture
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead winning strategies for complex federal
opportunities
Oversee capture efforts and manage a team of capture managers
Create thorough capture plans and enhance capture strategies
through milestone reviews
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years' experience in federal government business
development and capture management
Familiarity with DoD agencies and a proven track record of winning
DoD work
Experience winning large-scale programs over $50M in the federal
government
Bachelor's degree in a related or technical field
Experience with competitive analysis and developing account and
capture plans
