Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of GTM Field
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team to develop segment and regional enablement strategies
for GTM performance
Implement critical global enablement programs at the local
level
Drive results in employee skill adoption, ramp times, and pipeline
outcomes
Required Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in Enablement, GTM, or related roles,
preferably in a global organization
Previous selling or servicing experience preferred
Strong understanding of GTM rep needs and effective executive level
stakeholder management
Data-driven mindset focused on measuring and improving GTM team
outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to
changing priorities
