Key Responsibilities
Drive improvements in customer retention by optimizing carrier and
payment integrations
Uncover opportunities to reduce customer churn through analysis of
user behavior
Conduct user research and develop innovative solutions to address
customer pain points
Required Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer tech
Experience with rigorous analyses and developing impactful
hypotheses
Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in fast-paced
environments
Data-driven decision-making skills, even with limited
information
Experience in a startup environment is a plus
