A company is looking for a Director of Enablement
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high-performing Enablement Operations team to
drive innovation and excellence
Define and execute the platform technology strategy for learning
systems
Oversee the delivery of quarterly enablement training programs
tailored to business goals
Required Qualifications
10+ years in enablement, operations, or learning technology, with
5+ years in leadership
Experience managing enterprise learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and
supporting technologies
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
practices
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Learning
Technologies, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
Background in SaaS or technology environments preferred
