Job Description:
The ISS therapist provides in-home therapeutic services to
families at risk of child welfare court involvement, typically for
4-6 weeks with 3-5 sessions weekly.
Manages a caseload of 3-4 complex families, delivering
evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent
interventions.
Performs assessments, crisis management, and connects families to
community resources, supporting stabilization and family
well-being.
Collaborates with community partners and supports care
coordination, including crisis intervention and safety
planning.
Maintains clinical records, monitors outcomes, and participates in
staff consultations.
Requires a master--------s degree, licensure in social work,
psychology, or related field, with ongoing professional
development.
Community-based role involving travel, flexible hours, and use of
technology; must have reliable transportation, valid
driver--------s license, and insurance.
Must be vaccinated for COVID-19, hold CPR/First Aid, and complete
required training within designated timelines.
