Job Description:
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession:
Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 17:30
Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Valid state license
required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (N), NMTCB/CA License preferred,
CT Advanced Certification preferred Must-Have: First-timers
accepted Description: Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform
specialized nuclear medicine techniques. Travelers may float
between facilities as needed. Floating between affiliate hospitals
may be required. Will be expected to commit to working three of
five major holidays. Two supervisory references covering one year
within the last three years are required. All travelers are
expected to float between facilities within the state. Refusal to
float may lead to termination of assignment. If required,
communication devices will be provided for the assignment. Modules
are non-billable and need to be completed pre-start and annually.
Time spent on modules should be self-reported for
record-keeping.
