Physician Assistant | General Practice Location: Lynwood, CA Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JWCH Institute, Inc. - Full Time Hours:40 Hour Work Week | Clinic is Open Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Employed Average Patients seen: 23-24 Loan Repayment Compensation: - Salary starts at $183,000 Benefits: - Medical/Dental/Vision - 401k - 1 Week for CME Plus $1K Allowance - 2 Weeks Vacation Time - 8 Hours Sick Time - 11 Paid Holidays Additional Info: - Deliver primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions - Ability to prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices - The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of patients - Engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve overall community health outcomes Requirements: - Current, unrestricted PA License in the state of California - Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association - Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred - At least 2 years of experience as a PA in a clinical setting
