Job Description:
Primary Care Physician Opportunity - Northridge, CA Join one of

full-time Primary Care Physician committed to delivering excellent
clinical outcomes and compassionate care. Position Details: Conduct
comprehensive health histories and physical exams Diagnose and
develop treatment plans; clearly communicate with patients
Prescribe and refill medications, including controlled substances,
in compliance with all regulations Perform clinic-based, inpatient,
and outpatient procedures as appropriate to training Manage care
transitions and coordinate with specialists, case managers, and
allied health professionals Review and act on diagnostic results
(labs, imaging, EKGs) in a timely manner Use NextGen EMR (or other
designated systems) to document patient care per policy Cover for
other providers and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary
team Refer patients to specialty care when appropriate Engage in
performance improvement, peer review, and protocol development
Respond to patient communications via phone and patient portal
promptly Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PAs/NPs) as
assigned Candidate Requirements: MD/DO from an accredited medical
school Board Certified or Board Eligible in primary care specialty
Active California medical license DEA certification Additional
credentials based on specialty Compensation & Benefits: Competitive
