Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Pomona,
California, 91767! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing
Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift:
12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid State License
required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Experience
floating to ICU/Tele units Description: Start date is as soon as
possible. Requests for time off must be submitted prior to the
offer. The position allows for up to 5 days of requested time off
and one holiday off. Three missed shifts may result in cancellation
of the assignment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of
experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend work is
required. Floating within the scope to meet facility needs is
necessary. Candidates cannot make specific scheduling requests.
Local applicants are accepted. Pending licenses are not accepted.
The assignment guarantees 36 hours of work weekly. The facility is
an acute care hospital with a total of 412 staffed beds. The
hospital is a Magnet-designated, teaching, Level II trauma center.
Charting is performed using the Cerner system. There is no specific
dress code for scrubs, but camouflage or character patterns are not
allowed. Candidates must be willing to float to all telemetry
units, as well as ICU and observation care as needed. Must be
available to work weekends based on department needs. Candidates
are required to work at least one holiday during the assignment.
Candidates must have experience in telemetry and critical care
nursing. Preferred qualifications include prior charge experience.
Experience managing dysrhythmias and care for ventilated patients
is essential. The unit will provide interdisciplinary support from
various services, including physical therapy, respiratory services,
and social services. Candidates must be comfortable floating to
