MindPath Care Centers, a proud member of Community Psychiatry, is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to advance the field of mental health services by providing personalized therapy and medication management tailored to individual needs. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients manage and overcome mental health disorders by developing effective treatment plans and providing compassionate care in an outpatient setting. Conduct clinical assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions Collaborate with psychiatric staff to coordinate medication management Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure confidentiality Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and training workshops Advocate for patient needs and contribute to community education Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques and modalities Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Knowledge of electronic health record systems Capability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of practice Additional certification in specialized therapies preferred
