Job Description GQR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN
Correctional Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Sylmar,
California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Psychiatric
- Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/17/2026 - Duration: 20 weeks - 40
hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel -
20-week contract - 40 hours - 5 x 8's - Shift: Days - Must work
every other weekend - Patient ratios (if known):Within Guidelines
of CA State Law - Certs: BLS, Fire Card - MAB/CPI Certification is
REQUIRED - License: Active CA RN License - Experience: - Two years
of psychiatric inpatient experience required - Experience in Psych,
Correctional Health, Med Surg or ER, comfortable with blood draws &
assessments - Experience working in a detention center and/or other
secured environment such as in a locked facility in behavioral
health unit and/or a jail is preferred - Candidates must have
correctional health experience or Psych - Travel experience is
