Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) servicing a K-12 school setting in San Marcos, TX. This position spans the current school year, beginning ASAP through May 22, 2026. The caseload will consist of approximately 60-65 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. The role requires visits to multiple school sites within the district. Key responsibilities include providing direct occupational therapy services, consulting with educational staff, attending ARD meetings, and conducting student evaluations. This position requires a valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) licensure. Qualifications and Experience: Current OTR licensure required Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred Ability to manage a caseload of 60-65 students effectively Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and participate in ARD meetings Willingness and ability to travel between multiple school locations within the district Location: San Marcos, Texas (multiple school sites within the district) This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment supporting students from early childhood through high school.
