Position Overview
The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive, continuous care
to adult and pediatric patients, including preventive services,
chronic disease management, and acute care. This role works across
the full patient lifespan, delivering care to both adults and
children. The physician works closely with interdisciplinary teams
to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
