As our bartender, you'll be prepping and making all of our in house juices and preparing our unique signature cocktails, and brewing the healthiest and yummiest latte! Master your beverage craft while building relationships with our guests and making great tips!Job SummaryOur bartenders help to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for our guests, know the difference between service and hospitality and get a kick out of making other peoples days brighter, happier and healthier.Key Responsibilities

• You are true to the belief of amazing service and offering the best hospitality.
• Legal age to serve alcohol is a must
• Experience bartending or working in a juice bar would be beneficial
• The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable
• Must be 21 years of age or olderSkill, Abilities and Requirements
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
  • Have high knowledge of Aviator Nation items and company values
  • Be flexible of working late night events, various wellness events, and early morning shifts
  • Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment and take out the garbage and maintain an immaculately clean work station while executing service with speed and precision
  • Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
  • Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
  • Maintain coffee, tea, spirits, beer, wine knowledge on current offerings and confidently and accurately communicate product information to customers
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
  • Communicate with team members and management to solve problems and improve service
