A company is looking for a Payroll Expert in Guatemala.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and select relevant software for payroll operations
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll and prepare
internal payroll reports
Manage local payroll processes and stay informed about regulatory
changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
4+ years of payroll and HR experience in the relevant country
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies
Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions
Experience with multiple payroll technologies is an advantage
