Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Lead to manage payroll
processes and project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of complex payroll projects, ensuring
compliance with Mexican legislation
Support end-to-end payroll processing and manage associated tasks
and transactions
Collaborate with team members and clients to address
payroll-related inquiries and support client engagement
activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll management,
specifically with SAP and Mexican payroll legislation
Strong knowledge of payroll inputs and outputs, including
third-party interfaces and tax compliance
Experience in supporting technical and functional payroll
issues
Ability to handle sensitive information and mitigate risks related
to payroll processes
Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint
