Learning Specialist The Opportunity: Design, implement, and evaluate an organization's learning courses and programs. Apply advanced consult ing skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. You Have: Experience with the development of Navy training curriculum Experience with the Manpower Estimate Reports ( MERs ) or Navy Training System Plans ( NTSPs ) Knowledge of Manpower, Personnel, and Training ( MPT ) Advisory Boards, and NTSP review letters Knowledge of training development and updating program reviews and presentations, Fleet training data calls, and Training Requirement Reviews ( TRRs ) Ability to review and update Navy Training Requirements Plan ( TRP ) elements Ability to administer support documentation such as NTSPs, within the Coalition Military Assistance Training Team ( CMATT ) or HARPS Ability to update program training materials, media, and equipment, including standard Naval Education and Training ( NAVE DTRA ) and Integrated Learning Environment ( ILE ) products Ability to present NAVWAR training presentations during meetings and conferences Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience in the Navy Experience with Navy training curriculum, including both instructor-led and non-instructor-led courseware Experience as a Navy Instructor Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
