Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior RPG Developer to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality software
applications
Lead and mentor a team of engineers while collaborating with
cross-functional teams
Maintain and optimize existing code and write technical
specifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development roles using
Java
Extensive experience with end-to-end systems development life
cycles and industry standards
Recent experience leading products from architectural design to
production
Experience working in an Agile environment with bi-monthly
production code delivery
Knowledge of RPG and core banking platforms
