Job Description:
A company is looking for a SME Technology Talent Management
(Freelancer).
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging and impactful learning experiences for technology
talent management
Create a lean syllabus, including course objectives and module
breakdowns
Develop multimedia content and a gamification strategy for the
learning platform
Required Qualifications
Experience in learning design or as a subject matter expert in
technology talent management
Ability to create asynchronous content with interactive
elements
Familiarity with Cornerstone or similar learning management
systems
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills in
Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish preferred
Strong understanding of hybrid team dynamics and employee
engagement strategies
