Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interactive Developer to design and
maintain an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system using
Twilio.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop custom IVR
solutions
Design and implement IVR workflows and call routing using Twilio
Studio and APIs
Integrate the IVR system with databases, telephony, and CRM
systems
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with Twilio APIs and Twilio Studio
Experience in programming languages such as C#, Python, or
JavaScript
Strong understanding of RESTful services and web technologies
Experience with Twilio Elastic SIP Trunks
Background in software development with a focus on IVR systems
