Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is looking for a Director of Client Success to
enhance our customer engagement and ensure our clients harness the
full potential of our services. In this pivotal role, you will lead
our client success team to drive customer satisfaction, retention,
and growth by delivering outstanding service and tailored
solutions. Your strategic vision will influence product
enhancements and initiatives that meet market demands and maintain
our competitive edge. By fostering strong relationships and guiding
high-level partnerships, you will be instrumental in our continued
global expansion and client satisfaction. Develop and lead a
world-class client success team. Design strategies and systems to
monitor client engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with sales
and product development teams to align client needs with our
services and innovations. Develop retention strategies and oversee
their implementation to reduce customer churn. Handle key client
communications and manage escalations to ensure a seamless client
experience. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to
recommend product or service improvements. Ensure achievement of
financial targets related to client retention and expansion. Proven
leadership and team management skills Strong communication and
negotiation skills Deep understanding of customer relationship
management tools Analytical skills with a focus on metrics and
data-driven decision making Proficiency in managing
cross-functional teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
