Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data
and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. You
will work closely with various teams to interpret data, identify
trends, and assist in making strategic recommendations that align
with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Data Collection
: Gather and clean large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring
data accuracy and integrity. Data Analysis : Perform thorough data
analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns,
and outliers. Reporting : Create clear, actionable reports and
visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to
present data insights to stakeholders. Business Insights :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings
into actionable business insights and recommendations. Performance
Monitoring : Track key performance metrics and provide regular
updates on business performance. Data Management : Maintain and
update databases, ensuring data security and organization.
Predictive Analysis : Use advanced analytical techniques such as
regression, forecasting, and machine learning to predict future
trends and behaviors. Problem-Solving : Identify data-related
challenges and propose innovative solutions. Collaboration : Work
with IT, product teams, and other departments to develop and
implement data-driven solutions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or
a related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel,
SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools like
Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills,
with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical
stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment. Benefits Medical Insurance
