Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s = bonus points) 10 years of business analysis experience (credit union or financial institution preferred) Deep knowledge of lending processes, deposit products, compliance, and regulatory considerations Expert-level understanding of credit union operations, workflows, product lifecycles, and performance metrics Tableau or Power BI skills that make executives say “Wow” Sharp eye for detail strategic mindset proactive problem-solving superpowers Exceptional communicator who can talk data with analysts and strategy with leadership What You’ll Actually Do (AKA Your Superpowers in Action) Member & Market Research Design lifecycle analyses, segmentation strategies, and relationship analytics to uncover hidden growth opportunities. Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges: Senior Business Analyst- $120,000 to $130,000 anually Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
