Trademark Paralegal (5+ years) - Immediate Need in San Diego, CA! One of San Diego's premier law firms is seeking a stellar Trademark Paralegal to join their growing team in San Diego, CA! Support attorneys in various trademark-related tasks including registration, maintenance, enforcement, and renewal processes both domestically with the USPTO and internationally.
* Gather necessary information from clients, conduct trademark searches, analyze official communications, correspond with clients, complete prosecution forms, ensure compliance with deadlines, liaise with international trademark counterparts, and handle other paralegal duties related to trademark matters.
* Aid in intellectual property enforcement by drafting and submitting demand letters, preparing legal documents such as pleadings and motions, and responding to discovery requests.
* Oversee and manage attorneys' billing activities.
* Provide administrative assistance by preparing meeting agendas and reports, maintaining intellectual property portfolios, scheduling meetings, managing invoices, tracking deadlines, and organizing internal files.

Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
* Preferred, though not mandatory, experience in patent and copyright law.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WebTMS trademark docketing software.
* Exceptional administrative abilities and keen attention to detail.
