Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various contract types, including
services and vendor agreements
Assess legal risks and propose solutions to achieve business
objectives while managing legal considerations
Provide daily contract support and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to meet contract targets and deadlines
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited institution; admitted to practice law in at
least one state
Five or more years of commercial contracting experience
Strong legal contracting background
Excellent judgment and integrity with strategic thinking
capabilities
Ability to work independently and proactively, including in remote
environments
