Job Description:
A company is looking for an FDA Healthcare Attorney to support
high-volume marketing and advertising initiatives for healthcare
product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on FTC/FDA advertising regulations and
healthcare compliance
Collaborate with internal marketing teams on product initiatives
related to hair loss, mental health, and skincare
Identify and address issues in privacy and data security related to
telehealth services
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in healthcare law or related field
Strong understanding of FTC/FDA advertising regulations
Experience with healthcare compliance including CPOM and HIPAA
Telehealth experience is preferred
Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
