Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney to support their
Legal team in reviewing various contracts and maintaining company
records.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct first round review of contract drafting, review, and
negotiations
Develop contract templates and ensure compliance with internal
processes and procedures
Collaborate with internal departments throughout the contract
lifecycle
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in contract review, drafting, and
negotiations (in-house preferred)
JD from an accredited law school and admission to a State Bar
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and ability to work flexibly in a
fast-paced environment
Understanding of finance/invoicing/insurance is preferred
