Job Description:
A company is looking for a Funds Lawyer to manage LP transfer
workflows and supervise junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to provide legal advice and ensure compliance
with transfer processes
Prepare LP transfer documents and conduct negotiations based on
client playbooks
Support the supervision and training of junior team members and
collaborate with the technology team to innovate legal
workflows
Required Qualifications:
2+ PQE with experience in closed ended funds and LP transfers
Qualified in England & Wales or the US
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
Client-focused approach
