A company is looking for a Legal Counsel - Tech & Marketing
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Startups and Customer Segments teams in a business line
lawyer role
Handle legal topics such as data privacy, marketing, and contract
drafting
Provide legal support for external programs, product launches, and
marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in
the U.S
3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or with
technology-focused clients
Background in data privacy, marketing compliance, product
counseling, or technology transactions
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with
cross-functional teams
